Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP)
Medicare provides a rebate of $52.95 for up to 5 speech pathology sessions per calendar year for individuals with ongoing conditions that require treatment from several health professionals. You will require a referral from your GP, who will assess whether your child meets the criteria for a CDMP.
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
Inner West Speech Pathology is currently only accepting NDIS clients who have self-managed budgets. If your child has a self-managed plan, we are able to provide speech therapy services and assistance with your child’s communication and equipment needs. If your child is getting ready for the NDIS we can help you with your planning needs and planning applications reports.
